Scheduled runs need the app open. Community routines may contain steps that require a higher edition. Community submissions are reviewed before listing.

Browse routines by game or app and install one in a click, in any edition. Nothing starts by itself: schedules and hotkeys are left for you to set.
Right-click a routine tab → Share to community. Its pictures and click points go with it. A valid licence is required in every edition; eligible submissions are reviewed before they're listed.

Yes. It runs only on your PC, needs no account, and sends nothing anywhere unless you turn on Telegram or the phone remote yourself. Windows may show "unknown publisher" the first time: click More info → Run anyway.

No. It only looks at the screen while a routine is running, and only in the areas you choose.
With most windowed and borderless games, yes. Always follow the rules of the game you play; some games don't allow automation.
They're backed up every day into a folder you choose (OneDrive by default). Restore them from Tools → Backup on any PC.
